Laura Puckett was introduced to acupuncture at a young age through her twin sister who was treated by an acupuncturist. Her sister had many medical problems that western medicine could not solve. The acupuncture healed her. Her sister’s recovery prompted Laura to have a serious interest in Chinese Medicine. At the age of 14, Laura decided to make Chinese Medicine her career.
Laura attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and finished her undergraduate degree in Professional Studies and her Master’s of Science in Acupuncture at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in New York. In September 2010, Laura traveled to Guyana, South America on a mission trip. She treated many patients in an orphanage, on boats, and on the beach using acupuncture to help the people with pain, sexual trauma, and emotional distress.
The National Certification Committee of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) certified Laura with her Diplomate in Acupuncture. She is a licensed acupuncturist in North Carolina and is certified in Clean Needle Technique. She is also a Certified Splankna Practitioner.
After finishing her degree, Laura continued her education under a senior acupuncturists from February 2010 to December 2012. Laura treats patients using Traditional Chinese Medicine, 5 Elements, Japanese Meridian Therapy, 5 Element Function Medicine, Dr. Tan method, and Facial Rejuvenation.
Laura Puckett opened Lotus Acupuncture in January of 2013.

Lindsay is a licensed acupuncturist from Massachusetts who was introduced to acupuncture through her own struggles with shoulder pain and anxiety in college. After her experience as a patient, Lindsay decided to look into acupuncture as a career.
Lindsay graduated from Hartwick College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology with a minor in Spanish. She went on to study acupuncture at the Finger Lakes School of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (FLSAOM) and graduated with a Master's of Science in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (MSAOM). Lindsay is also a Diplomate of Oriental Medicine and board certified by the NCCAOM.
Lindsay specializes in women’s health with a focus on menopause and infertility. She also specializes in facial rejuvenation and allergies.
She has treated patients in the Canandaigua VA Medical Center, Seneca Falls Health Center, Rochester Outpatient Clinic, and NYCC Campus Health Center. She also spent a month studying acupuncture and herbal medicine in China's Hongzhou Hospital.
When she's not treating patients in the clinic, Lindsay enjoys spending time in nature and exploring all that Charlotte has to offer.

Asay Beitsch received her License in 2011 after graduating with an A.S. in Massage Therapy in South Florida. She is a certified Thai Partitioner and specializes in Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT), Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, and Swedish massage. She has a passion for muscular maintenance and conditioning, injury prevention and injury recovery. She is committed to her client’s wellbeing and tailoring each massage to the client’s individual’s needs.
